All orders are shipped USPS Priority (2-3 day) for a flat rate of $5. Orders are shipped (when in stock) within 3-5 business days (M-F) once they are received.

Backordered products will be shipped as soon as available and Jazzy Engineering is not responsible for any delays related to backorders. Backorders can be canceled by the customer at any time by contacting Jazzy Engineering by email or using the contact form on this website...include your name and order number for reference.

Returns

No returns are accepted after 30 days. Returns are only accepted with prior authorization and if a return is granted, under no circumstances will shipping be refunded. Products with defects in workmanship or quality will can be exchanged for the same product at no cost. Contact Jazzy Engineering for any requests or questions.
