I'm withholding final judgment until I get the product, but my complaint right now is service. I ordered 6 days ago. The website told me I would get the product in 2-5 days. Even at business days, it's 5 business days in, the product still hasn't shipped and I haven't received a reply to my email inquiry on the status of my order in the last 24 hours. I'm not worried just yet, but a little miffed that my payment cleared 5-6 days ago.
