Installed the pro kit in my outback and it did not work. Did not recognize the silent CD, or any other CD and could not choose the CD input. Re-installed and still did not work. Put factory stereo back together and all original parts work just fine, looks like it is a defective unit. Emailed multiple times for for help and after 1 week have not received a response. Wish the customer service was better. Hopefully the bad review prompts a response, and will update if it does.
